Snake ScapesTerms of service
These terms apply when you download or play Snake Scapes (the "Game") or use this website. The Game is made by Kodekraftr ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.
1. Your license to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed to you, not sold.
2. What you agree not to do
- Copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the Game, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Use cheats, automation or modified versions of the Game, or tamper with its ads or rewards.
- Generate fake ad impressions or clicks, or otherwise commit ad fraud.
- Redistribute, rent or sell the Game or its content, or use our name, logo or artwork without permission.
- Use the Game in any way that breaks the law or harms others.
3. Ads
The Game is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Some ads are optional and give an in-game reward, such as a hint or an extra heart. Rewards are given only when an ad is completed, and availability depends on the ad network. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads or for websites they link to. How ad data is handled is explained in our privacy policy.
4. In-game items
Hints, hearts, streaks, trophies, medals and other in-game items have no monetary value, can't be exchanged for money or anything outside the Game, and aren't your property. Progress is stored on your device; we can't restore it if it's lost, for example after uninstalling the Game without a device backup.
5. Events and changes to the Game
We may add, change or end features, levels, daily challenges and limited-time events at any time. Events run for the dates shown in the Game. We may also release updates, which you may need to install to keep playing.
6. Our content
The Game, its code, art, sounds, levels and the Snake Scapes name and logo belong to Kodekraftr and are protected by intellectual property laws. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
7. Third-party services
The Game is distributed through Google Play and uses Google AdMob. Your use of those services is also governed by Google's terms. Google is not responsible for the Game.
8. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we don't promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or available on every device, and we disclaim all implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Kodekraftr isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game, which is zero for this free Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may suspend your license if you break these terms. Sections 4, 6, 8, 9 and 12 continue after termination.
11. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. Younger players should play with a parent's or guardian's permission.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by the courts of India, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.
