Delete your data

Snake Scapes by Kodekraftr · No account needed, so there's no account to delete.

Snake Scapes doesn't have accounts and we don't keep your personal data on our servers. Your game data lives on your phone, and advertising data is handled by Google. Here's how to delete each.

1. Delete your game progress

This removes levels, hints, streaks, event progress, awards and settings from your phone.

  1. Open your phone's Settings.
  2. Go to Apps → Snake Scapes → Storage & cache.
  3. Tap Clear storage (or Clear data).

Uninstalling the game also deletes this data. If Android backup is on, you can also delete the game's backup in your Google account's backup settings.

2. Delete advertising data

Ads in the game are provided by Google AdMob, which uses your phone's advertising ID.

  1. Open your phone's Settings → Google → Ads (on some phones: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
  2. Tap Delete advertising ID. Ads will no longer be personalized using that ID.

You can also review and delete Google ad activity in My Ad Center and My Activity.

3. Ask us

If you have any other question or request about your data, email support@kodekraftr.com with the subject "Snake Scapes data request". We'll reply within 30 days. Because we don't store data that identifies you, we usually can't find records about you, but we'll explain what's held and help with any request to Google.

What is kept

We don't keep any game data about you. Google may keep some advertising data for a limited time for security, fraud prevention and legal reasons, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
